Lose That Ugly Belly Fat
Or there is some magic flat belly diet book out there that has belly fat diet recipes in it that will help.
Well my friends, I am going to blow that misconception right out of the water.
I am going to show you how easy it really is to shed that ugly belly fat and get that fit and trim body you have always wanted.
Myths Exposed But first, I want to attack a few myths floating around out there regarding weight loss and how to lose belly fat.
Most people think that to successfully lose stomach fat you have stop eating certain foods and start counting calories.
This couldn't be further from the truth.
In fact this could and probably will have the exact opposite affect.
let me explain why.
Your body needs fuel to perform everyday tasks.
Complex carbohydrates for energy to proteins for muscle growth, and so on.
Unfortunately the way most of us eat, especially here in the western world, we eat the same type of foods everyday.
Our body gets used to this and decides that it doesn't have to burn off all that food and it stores it as fat for later.
When we go on a diet and count calories we are in essence doing the same thing.
We are telling our body that the same food is coming in so there is no need to burn it off.
So our body stores the food as fat.
And one of the first places it stores it is our belly.
No More Calorie Counts...
Ever Now sure, diet and calorie counting does result in initial weight loss.
As far as that goes, I can stop eating for four days and I am going to lose belly fat as well as muscle tone and so on.
But, once I start eating again I will gain that belly fat right back.
The solution to this is that we have to vary what we eat and when we eat it so that we trick our body into burning off all the food we eat.
We have to change our metabolism.
No, I am not talking about the Atkins Diet or any thing like that.
And no this is not about some stomach fat diet that promotes magic belly fat diet foods either.
You see, the key to a flat belly is to increase your body's metabolism and force it to burn the calories that you take in each day.
This is how skinny people are able to just eat massive amounts of food and still never gain weight.
I am sure you know a few people like this.
Most of these people are born with fast metabolism, 'God bless em'.
As for the rest of us, we have to do it the hard way.
Or do we? What's The Plan? For the most part, most of us can accept this doctrine of metabolism as fact.
It makes sense to us.
But, the key is that we need to have a plan to vary this intake so that we shock our body to burning that belly fat.
And it has to be a plan that we are willing to stick to.
This is where most diets fail and why this belly fat diet will not fail.
Think about it for a moment.
Try and remember the last time you went on a diet.
My guess is that you probably cut a lot of foods out that you eat every day and started eating things that you really didn't care for, all in the name of weight loss.
And it probably worked for a week or two, that's usually the average.
Then something happened that caused you to slowly go back to your old eating habit.
And consequentially the weight came back with a few extra pounds in most cases.
The reason for this is that most diets are designed to fail from the word "go".
They are way too strict and therefor we just give up on them.
Not all is lost though, because there is a way to "Have your cake and eat it too" so to speak.
Did you know that you can eat pasta, burgers, pizza or whatever you like to eat and still lose belly fat.
The key is when, and yes you do have to mix other things in to your plan too.
