How to Burn Fat by Exercising Before Breakfast
- 1). Complete a daily yoga routine as soon as you get out of bed. Start your yoga routine in your bedroom or in your living room, depending on space and privacy. "Women's Health" magazine says that completing a vinyasa pose routine of six movements five to 10 times could help you burn fat. The six vinyasa poses include a backward bend, forward bend, chair, downward-facing dog, plank and cobra.
- 2). Take a 30-minute power walk before breakfast at least three times a week. You can power-walk in your in your home on a treadmill, in your neighborhood or at a local mall that opens early specifically for walking enthusiasts. A 30-minute power work could help you burn up to 150 calories a day.
- 3). Work out at the gym. Wake up early enough to go to the gym and workout before breakfast. A recent study in the Journal of Physiology reported that working out on an empty stomach before breakfast can help you burn fat. Use low-impact equipment such as the stationary bike or high-impact equipment such as the StairMaster, depending on your energy level in the morning before you eat.
