True Happiness

As I go through all kinds of feelings and experiences in my journey through .I hold this question as a guiding light: "What do I really need right now to be happy?" qualities like vast and deep as love, connection, helping others and kindness really makes me happy. I like true happiness which comes from heart and lives longer or permanent whenever you reminds in future. You can change a lot with your happiness. No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change. Everyone finds happiness in their own way.  Everyone has their different ways to get happiness in life like wealth, money, Success or victory, Satisfaction, Desire, wife or Husband, Children, Family affection, TV, Sex, Power, Respect, Fame and many more.

All these can give temporary happiness. If all these things were truly a source of happiness, they would give equivalent happiness to everyone. The happiness a person experiences from these temporary states turns into an experience of unhappiness when they are absent or in excess. Everyone is in search of happiness.

Whenever I feel eternal happiness I never laughed. It gives me something different and unique which I feel it. At that time my body cells are in true happiness. I love to help others specially old age and those who are really nothing not enough to eat. I want to give everything which I can give and at that time I really feel eternal happiness from my depth of heart and can't say or share with anyone else. Sometimes happiness makes me cry. I feel it in animals and birds. Little things can give you true happiness. When I see beautiful flowers they make me smile on my face, I love to see nature, it gives me happiness. Happiness makes you more confident and successful in your life, happiness makes you sweet, happiness makes you healthy, happiness makes you live longer, and happiness makes you beautiful and a lot more.

All i can say about life  is—enjoy it.
