To become El Soldado in Mafia Wars you have to play so much that you've unlocked Cuba.
To get this far, you need to be at least level 35, which makes you a Consigliere in New York.
A Mafia Wars Consigliere is a pretty high rank in New York, but when you're at level 35 in Cuba you begin at the bottom all over again as El Soldado.
To work your way up as an Mafia Wars El Soldado can be difficult.
The next rank you'll reach for is El Capitan, then El Jefe, El Patron, El Padrino and last El Cacique.
You start with C$0 as an El Soldado and your first job is to rob your cab driver which you need at least 10 in energy to do.
A very smart advice is to get your first business as soon as possible! The levels El Soldado covers is from 35-59, the same as an New York Consigliere.
To get to Cuba and other destinations as soon as possible and at the same time be as strong as possible, you need to either be really good at what you're doing, or you need to get some help from some people who really are good at what they're doing...
