I love desserts; that's no surprise. And for holiday celebrations, whether it's the Fourth of July or Christmas, planning the dessert is critical. For most holidays the desserts are predictable: Christmas cookies for Christmas; pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, and something chocolate for Valentine's Day. For the Fourth of July in the United States, you can serve something seasonal or something patriotic and festive.
