How to Build for "Beyblade: Metal Fusion"

104 1
    • 1). Select a face bolt for your Beyblade. The face bolt holds the entire top together, but it mainly offers an aesthetic design choice. The bolts do not have special properties. The bolt you select determines the official name of your Beyblade for tournaments.

    • 2). Add the polycarbonate energy ring to the face bolt. These clear wheels attach at the top of the bolt and determine the general speed and weight of the Beyblade. They range from balanced types, such as Wolf, to Sagittario stamina and Bull attack pieces. Energy rings derive their names from the signs of the zodiac.

    • 3). Attach the fusion wheel below the energy ring. These metal wheels provide the primary attack and defense mechanisms in Beyblade battles. They form the outer ring that will make contact with opposing tops in the arena. They also bear the names of zodiac signs and corresponding values, such as defense, stamina or attack. The design of the wheel determines the damage it will inflict on opponents, and its weight greatly affects the Beyblade's stability.

    • 4). Choose a spin track for the Beyblade. The spin track determines the distance from the base of the Beyblade to the table. Higher tracks allow for more raw attack power, but also leave the Beyblade vulnerable to tipping from hits by shorter opponents.

    • 5). Snap the performance tip into place to complete the Beyblade. Your choice of performance tip is the final say in the attributes of the Beyblade. As with other parts, these are based on defense, stamina and attack. Wider tips offer more stability but sacrifice speed and attack power. Rubber tips greatly reduce the recoil from impact with other Beyblades, but metal tips provide less friction and more powerful speeds.
