For the people who live in that Cocoon city, it is a heaven and never tried to look into the world below it.
The happiness of the people is totally destroyed by a new hostile called Fal'Cie.
Fal'Cie is the one with God like powers and can accomplish his needs through the Magical Power he possesses.
The people in the Cocoon city are given a serious curse which will turn them into L'Cie.
After being cursed, they will start to work for the commands of Fal'Cie with a destiny of being killed or remain as a Statue.
Those who try to expel out from that city will be punished by their Government called Sanctum.
The military which enforces the Sanctum policy is called as PSICOM.
Now Snow (one of the Playable characters) forms a team called 'Nora' in an attempt to save the civilians and his Fiancee.
On the other hand, the mysterious Lightning fights with the PSICOM Soldiers with the help of Sazh.
The ultimate aim is to save Lightning's sister Serah (also Snow's Fiancee) who was cursed.
The team is also accompanied by two Youngsters Vanille and Hope.
Final Fantasy XIII Game is being developed by Square Enix with amazing Graphics as seen in the Previous Games
