    • Although vinegar supplements can be purchased in pill form, the health benefits don't compare to ingesting real liquid vinegar. Balsamic and rice vinegars are also not as potent as red, wine and white vinegars. Try working vinaigrette salad dressings and pickled vegetables into your diet. If you're adventurous, you can drink apple cider vinegar straight out of a teacup or shot glass. The taste is rather sour, so be sure to use your favorite fruit or vegetable juice as a chaser.
