    • 1). Clean off a working surface. Group all associated equipment nearby.

    • 2). Read through all instructions. Develop an overall idea of the type(s) of assembly that need to take place concerning all components. Refer to the directions as assembly progresses.

    • 3). Assemble the drive train of the R/C car. Apply grease on gears and shafts and oil on bearings.

    • 4). Assemble the main chassis, or frame of the car. Tighten all screws fully. Use blue thread lock to keep them from backing out.

    • 5). Assemble the suspension arms and bearing hubs and attach them to the chassis.

    • 6). Assemble the drive shafts and lubricate with grease. Install them into the bearing hubs.

    • 7). Assemble and install all tie-rod linkages.

    • 8). Assemble the shock absorbers and attach them to the completed chassis.

    • 9). Install the servo, receiver and electronic speed control (ESC).

    • 10

Solder the power wires from the ESC to the motor, noting the proper polarity.

    • 11

Install a fully charged main battery and connect it to the ESC.

Install batteries into the R/C transmitter.

    • 12

Power up the transmitter first, then the ESC. Check for proper R/C control operation. (Make sure a "left turn" command from the transmitter results in the wheels pointing left, and so forth.)

    • 13

Wash and paint the clear polycarbonate body shell from the inside.

    • 14

Clean the wheels and tires with motor spray and glue together with super glue.
