The Missing Piece to the Natural Vision Improvement Puzzle

In my search of natural vision improvement a few years ago, I read a dozen books on the subject and did my research online.
Even in this niche subjects, there are many different opinions on how exactly one can improve their eyesight naturally - although all of them base their opinions on Dr.
Bates, the man who founded the field.
Some say eye strengthening exercises are the answer to poor eyesight.
Some others say eye relaxation is the answer.
Which one is it? I found that both can work to your purpose.
If you look at it, both have hundreds of testimonials.
But I found something missing is these courses...
and it has nothing to do with eye exercises yet everything to do with the chances of you succeeding at improving your eyesight.
5 years ago when I started rebuilding my vision, I failed.
And in a 3 year period after that, I've picked up the habit only to give up again multiple times.
If you've ever tried eye exercises (or relaxation), I'm pretty sure you experienced the same thing...
So what did I miss? What are you missing? It's motivation.
Eye exercises, like most other good habits, are not fun when you haven't get used to it.
So if you rely purely on discipline and sheer will, it's inevitable you'll fail because natural vision improvement is a long term process...
and you can't make yourself do something you do want to for a prolonged period of time.
Am I right? Think about it.
