Great Diet Tips to Make Losing Weight Easier
First of all lets talk fluids.
Your body is 98% water.
You NEED it to make all the basic functions work at their optimal levels.
If you are thirsty, then you are more often than not dehydrated already.
I know most people don't like just plain water and that's alright.
There are so many things you can add to water to change the flavor.
Lets get this out though, coffee and soda are NOT fluids.
They will dehydrate you further (which is why you drink so much more by the way) and add unwanted pounds and inches.
If you like tea, try drinking green tea.
It's fantastic for your body and immune system! Lets move on shall we? In this fast paced society it's hard to find the time to really sit and enjoy eating.
However, if you are determined to live a healthier lifestyle you should try to slow down when you eat.
Actually to take the time to enjoy what you're eating makes it so much easier to follow your bodies signals that you are full.
This also avoid overeating and that uncomfortable "overfull" feeling that follows.
Also if you drink a full glass of water prior to eating you will eat less by making you feel fuller.
How about one more.
Along with slowing down how fast you eat, try getting just 1 more hour of sleep a night.
Your body will naturally burn calories while you sleep and that extra 60 minutes helps out a great deal! This simple step can help you lose over ten pounds in a year! Not too bad for just an hour of something that we need anyway, right? One last thing, I promise.
Try having a bowl of broth soup before your meal.
Add some veggies to it and simmer and eating this before a meal will not only help you feel fuller, but the natural fiber in the veggies will keep you fuller longer.
Just make sure the soup you chose is not a creamy variety as it will add fat and unwanted calories.
Just take little steps everyday.
Don't try to do it all at once or you will feel overwhelmed.
If you need to take things slower, that's fine.
Then just make 1 change a week, but make that change and stick to it.
You can do it and start on your way to a healthier lifestyle, not just another diet.
