Abdominal twists - Lying on the floor with feet flat on the floor and hands behind your head, curl up and touch your left knee toward your right elbow. Then twist the other way by pointing your left elbow toward your right knee.
Lying Leg Raises - lying down, place your hands under your bum and extend your legs fully. Keep your heels off the floor. Raise your legs up all the way, then lower it back down without touch the floor.
Abdominal Tuck Crunches - lying on your back, lift up your legs so that the bottom of your feet are facing the ceiling. Cross your arms across your chest or hold them behind your head. Curl your shoulders off the floor toward your legs, and then back down to starting position.
