Installing a Bluetooth Card in a Dell Laptop

• 1). Insert the card at an angle. Slide the bluetooth card under the securing tabs in the card compartment. In a Dell laptop, the card compartment is located between the securing tabs under the keyboard above F10, F11 and F12 keys.
  
  
• 2). Connect your cable to the Bluetooth card.
  
  
• 3). Replace the laptop cover.
  
  

Installing a Bluetooth Card in a Mac

• 1). Open the case. Remove drive bay 2 by unlatching it and sliding it out towards you. This will give you more room to work and allows you access to the Bluetooth antenna cable.
  
  
• 2). Install the Bluetooth card by connecting it to the board using two screws to attach it.
  
  
• 3). Connect the antenna lead coming from the rear of the case forward. The antenna should be labeled BT.
  
  
• 4). Place drive 2 back in the system by sliding it into place.
