2. "Why Do You Want to Work For Us?" - Obviously, you want to pay your bills, right? Well, the company is already well-aware of the fact that you have bills to pay, so save it. Instead, inform the interviewer that you are interested in using your expertise and skills to better the company. You want to help them succeed in reaching their goals because you have a passion for their products and services. Remember - they are interested in what you can do for them.
3. "What Would Your Friends and Family Say is Your Most Admirable Trait?" - Don't answer this question with, "um, my sense of humor.", as you want to make sure that all answers are related to the position you are applying for. One of the most helpful interview tips is to imagine how your best traits relate to your future career. For example, if you are interviewing to become an administrative assistant, talk about how your friends and family view as someone who is dependable, always busy, very meticulous, smart, and upbeat. 4. "Tell Me About Your Last Job" - The answer to this question can make or break the success of your interview. You'll want to make sure that you say nothing but good things about your last employer. Speak only about the positives about your job. If asked what you didn't like, also remember to refrain from speaking too negatively.
