1. "Where Do You See Yourself In Five Years?" - What the company is looking for is an honest answer, and if you don't see yourself with the company in five years, you probably won't get the job. It's always best to apply with a company where you can envision yourself excelling and reaching the top. The best answer to this question is one that explains how you plan to grow within the company, possibly moving into a position of upper management or at very least, another department with more superiority than that job that you're applying for.

2. "Why Do You Want to Work For Us?" - Obviously, you want to pay your bills, right? Well, the company is already well-aware of the fact that you have bills to pay, so save it. Instead, inform the interviewer that you are interested in using your expertise and skills to better the company. You want to help them succeed in reaching their goals because you have a passion for their products and services. Remember - they are interested in what you can do for them.

3. "What Would Your Friends and Family Say is Your Most Admirable Trait?" - Don't answer this question with, "um, my sense of humor.", as you want to make sure that all answers are related to the position you are applying for. One of the most helpful interview tips is to imagine how your best traits relate to your future career. For example, if you are interviewing to become an administrative assistant, talk about how your friends and family view as someone who is dependable, always busy, very meticulous, smart, and upbeat. 4. "Tell Me About Your Last Job" - The answer to this question can make or break the success of your interview. You'll want to make sure that you say nothing but good things about your last employer. Speak only about the positives about your job. If asked what you didn't like, also remember to refrain from speaking too negatively. The last thing that your interviewer wants to believe is that you would say something negatively about their company in the future.
