Even if that was just being an excellent sanitation engineer (janitor) for a period of time, you have experienced success.
During that period of time you acted differently.
You cared more.
You smiled more often.
FORCE yourself back to that behavior now!You need your help more than anyone else I can think of - and when you do help yourself, someone may actually want your help!Act like a winner, and you'll be a winner - and you'll know how to find a job.
TIP # 3:FACE THE TRUTH Haven't you always considered yourself to be one of the 80% of just about anything?Why is it you are now on the outside looking in?Hey, I don't know you and it could one or more of a million reasons - some may be your fault.
Anything that was your fault - anything you did that caused you to be unemployed IS under your personal control which means you and only you can fix it, so getter' done - fix it, what ever it is, right now.
Part of "fixing you" is to learn how to find a job, because it isn'tan activity, it's a skill.
TIP # 4: GET OUT OF THE DARN BOX! We are a large society that gets along pretty well.
Sure, we have our differences.
Half of us are liberal and half are conservative, and we can get at each other's throats.
However, we have so much in common an American living 3,000 miles from an American can really and deeply relate from common life experiences - this is very cool.
At the same time, it's a problem.
Our common experience makes us tend to act like sheep.
Job hunting for example?We all do it the same.
We write the same boring resume, and submit it to the same websites, instead of learning how to find a job - and we wonder why we don't get a job! So what can you do to really step out of the box and get noticed?
