There are many quotes that have been passed down through the ages, which, directs us to the same profound conclusion.
Many quotes we hear today are quotes from the Bible.
For example: As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.
Proverbs Chapter 23 verse 7.
Centuries later Henry Ford, (July 30, 1863 - April 7, 1947) reportedly stated, If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you are right.
When I hear people reciting quotes, I wonder, if the deepest meaning is understood.
Sometimes we hear things so often that we stop paying attention to the powerful message it bears.
If you dig deeper into many of the cliches and quotes that are espoused, you will discover they bear a profound message.
You make decisions in your life that you might think are merely routine or mundane You might be thinking, Oh, that's not going to work out or I can't do that, and you give a litany of reasons why it will not work or why you can not do it.
As Proverbs Chapter 23 verse 7 and Henry Ford have eloquently stated, the genesis of all things is thinking.
Everything transpires twice, first in thought and then it plays out in life.
"We experience what we believe.
If we don't believe that we experience what we believe, then we don't, which still means the first statement is true.
" Harry Palmer In order to change what you experience in your life, you need to recognize and accept the power of what you think and believe.
If you think you can do a thing or you think you can't do a thing, you are right.
This moment is the first moment of the rest of your life.
What you think and believe about your life and your goings on will play out on your life's stage, tomorrow and the next day and so on.
What do you want to experience on your life's stage? All time is simultaneous-past, present and future exists right now.
Your past thoughts, beliefs and actions have created your present, and your future will continue to play out the same patterns unless you change your thoughts, beliefs and actions.
