External Hemorrhoids - 3 Quick Ways to Relieve the Pain

103 44
The number one root cause of external hemorrhoids is constipation.
There are other causes, such as pregnancy, lifting heavy weights, lack of exercise and poor blood circulation, but by far and away constipation is the main culprit.
All the causes I have mentioned above produce undue pressure in the bowel area, and it is this pressure that leads to the abnormal expansion of veins, - and it is these expanded veins that are called hemorrhoids.
If you ignore or refuse to address any of these causitive factors you are going to be locked into an unending circle of cause and painful effects.
There are 3 inexpensive treatments that the sufferer from external hemorrhoids can put into practice in the (relative) comfort of their own home.
1.
Fill a small bath tub with hot water and add essential oils such as geranium, lavender and jasmine.
Try to take 10-15 minute sessions twice a day.
You will find this will neutralise a lot of the acids in the skin and will calm down inflamed areas.
2.
If you are looking for a way to get relief from bleeding hemorrhoids, then take a sitz bath to clean the affected area and gently apply Witch Hazel by either swab or wipes 3 times a day to reduce the swelling and arrest the bleeding.
3.
If you are suffering from either burning or itching hemorrhoids then take a sitz bath to clean up the affected area and apply Aloe Vera gel - one of nature's natural wonder drugs! You will find that this will be very soothing and will tend to calm down the whole area as well as provide much needed moisture and lubricant that will prevent fissures and cracking.
