Suzuki Hayate - Like a Fresh Breeze
Unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo, the Hayate is Suzuki's entry level motorcycle in India.
The bike was launched in May 2012.
The word Hayate means fresh breeze in Japanese.
Being a Japanese product, the styling is quirky.
The Hayate features a basic rider interface with black and white dials with blue markings as well.
The instrument console has an analogue speedometer, an analogue fuel gauge and a low fuel indication light.
It features a clear lens headlamp that is nicely integrated into the fairing.
The full body color front mudguard carries the same design language.
The rear fender embosses the name and graphics are seen on the headlight, tank and the fender.
The side panels are matte black.
The rear view mirror is wide.
The seating position is upright and comfortable, both for the rider and the pillion as well.

The lack of disc type brakes and the poor head lamps are the negative points of the bike.
