Mojo Instructions
- 1). Pour olive oil into a saucepan at medium heat.
- 2). Slice garlic cloves into thin pieces.
- 3). Cook the garlic until it's toasted. This should take no more than a minute if your oil is properly heated.
- 4). Pour juice and cumin into the pan, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5). Wait until the juice boils. Taste to see if it needs more spice.
- 6). Put the marinade in a plastic container and refrigerate for at least two hours to let the flavors meld.
- 7). Cut slits into the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least four hours before grilling. Use excess mojo to baste the meat during grilling.
