Why Leaders Make Their Message CLEAR?
All too often, those in positions of leadership fail to consider whether others understand the main points they are making, and if they fail to assure that others get it, how will they transform that message from mere rhetoric to making the desirable and necessary impact.
Clarity for a leader often does not merely occur, but must be a well considered, proactive attempt to create real communication.
1.
Real communication clarity begins with being concise, so that others remain interested and get more involved.
This must often be done in a somewhat clever manner, so that one catches their attention and becomes meaningful and motivating.
However, if a leader really seeks to connect with others, he must clearly demonstrate and illustrate, both in his words, as well as his actions, how much he actually cares.
2.
What good are any leader's words, if the message lacks meaning, value, or relevance? True leaders know they must point in a direction that not only addresses some immediate need, obstacle, challenge or objective, but rather must be long lasting, in nature.
A great leader understands that others are always watching what he does, to assure that his words and actions are in sync, and so he must be constantly living by the highest standards possible, and his absolute focus must be based on his internal longing to lead by example! 3.
Enlightened leadership means consistently maintaining focus in a continuously empathetic manner.
The goal must be to enhance communication and relationships in a manner that elicits desirable responses.
4.
The goal and objective must never be passive in nature, but must rather be actionable in a way that constituents will be driven and motivated by.
Doing so will enhance a mutually positive attitude that will progressively and proactively achieve the best and most meaningful results.
5.
Is your leader committed to maintaining an agenda that is rational, reasonable, responsive and relevant? One commonly overlooked essential aspect is that unless one is proposing an agenda that responds to both needs as well as perceived obstacles, supporters and potential supporters will rarely care or even pay a significant degree of attention.
Isn't it the goal and objective of a real leader to get others to care more! Make your message clear and transparent! Then, proceed in a direct manner that demonstrates your absolute integrity and commitment to that objective.
