- 1). Identify all the exposed plumbing inside but especially outside your mobile home.
- 2). Make all the necessary repairs to the mobile home water lines. Spray foam insulation at the joints of plumbing fixtures to cover gaps especially where those meet the walls of the home.
- 3). Wrap a thick coat of heavy rags around the pipes outside the mobile home. Wrap plastic bags over these heavy rags and tie them securely with cords of twine.
- 4). Insulate the pipes underneath the mobile home with heat tapes.
- 5). Insulate the water pump outside with a cover of rags and plastic bags tied with twine.
