- Glion is a village in the municipality of Montreaux, in Switzerland. It is located in the Lake Geneva area, and it attracts many visitors every year for its relaxing atmosphere, superb scenery and good food. Glion became a tourist resort after the English poet Lord Byron stayed there during the 19th Century, according to Hotel Victoria's website.
