Defending a Nation-State against the US Strike- Not Advisable

You will have no communication what-so-ever and you have to re-establish some form of command and control in the midst of all the chaos, meanwhile you should not expect the US Military to let up in the interim.

Of course by that time your airspace will be controlled by the Americans and their allies and so it might not fly for long, but it will give you a few crucial minutes of communication.
