Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) is providing this opportunity to many students by conducting Common Written Exam (CWE) in 2011. It will recruit candidates for the post of bank po in 19 public sector banks of India. This Endeavour has been appreciated by many and they look forward for its success. The CWE is like all the other Bank PO recruitment exams. The syllabus is almost the same.

IBPS consists of a team of highly trained professionals, therefore the evaluators appointed for checking the answer sheets would not show any leniency. You cannot afford to answer incorrectly, since there would be negative marking.
Practice is the main key to success. You have to practice thoroughly to improve your accuracy. There will be limited time available and lot of questions to answer. You need to get into the habit of answering in a proper and timely manner.
