Sometimes we get so wrapped up in a relationship that we ourselves forget who we are as a person.
Go out with your friends, take up a new hobby or revisit an old one.
Read a few books or take some classes on something that interests you.
Be yourself and you'll be interesting.
Work on feeling more attractive.
Get a new hair cut or buy yourself some new clothes.
If you feel good about your appearance, that confidence will show through and that is what actually makes you more attractive.
Even if it's something that your ex has said they don't care for.
If you want short hair, cut it short, if you want a totally new style, do it.
The most important thing is that you like how you look, that it makes you feel good about yourself.
Be patient.
This won't happen overnight.
Give it some time and just work on you.
