How to Fix Windows' Built-in Defragmenter

1). Click "Start," then "All Programs" and then "Accessories." Right-click the "Command Prompt" icon and choose to "Run as Administrator."
2). Type the command "cd \windows\system32" and press "Enter."
3). Type "regsvr32 dfrgsnap.dll" and press "Enter." Type "regsvr32 dfrgui.dll" and press "Enter" again.
4). Open "My Computer" and navigate to the "/windows/inf" directory. Right-click the "dfrg.inf" file and pick "Install" from the pop-up menu.
