    Team Parfaits

    • This dessert will take a football fan back to a childhood memory. Keep in mind the team colors when preparing this dessert. One example is the Baltimore Ravens, whose colors are blue and gold. Prepare a 4-ounce package of pudding that is one of the team's colors or color some vanilla pudding with some food coloring. For the Ravens the choice for one layer of the parfait would be lemon pudding. The next layer would be 4 ounces of whipped cream dyed with food color to match the team's other color; blue, in the case of the Ravens. Layer the pudding and whipped cream in glass parfait dishes to form stripes. Then crush four chocolate cookies and sprinkle the cookie crumbs on top of the parfaits. This recipe makes six servings.

    No Bake Peanut Butter Footballs

    • Crush three or four graham crackers to form crumbs. Set aside. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup powdered milk with 3 tablespoons water. Shape 1 inch pinches of dough into little footballs. Roll the footballs into the graham cracker crumbs. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and chill for 20 minutes. Put football laces on the peanut butter footballs with a little bit of vanilla frosting.

    Football Cupcakes

    • Bake a batch of cupcakes. Cool the cupcakes and then frost with green frosting to represent the turf of a football stadium. With white frosting in a pastry bag, create the yard lines. Wrap a triangle cut from a piece of fruit leather around a pretzel stick to create a football pennant. Push this into the top of the cupcake. Push a chocolate covered almond into the top of the cupcake to look like a football. Use more white frosting to put the laces on the football.
