How to Make a Mexican Velveeta Cheese Dip
- 1
Brown 1lb of ground chuck in a medium saucepan until thoroughly cooked. Place meat in the Crock-Pot and set Crock-Pot temperature to high. - 2
Cut up cube sized chunks of Mexican Velveeta cheese and add to the hamburger in the Crock-Pot. Mix up with mixing spoon. - 3
Pour salsa into mixture in the Crock-Pot and stir. Add black olives and mix with contents in the Crock-Pot. - 4
Cook Velveeta cheese dip for a half and hour, stirring occasionally to be sure cheese is completely melted. Turn Crock-Pot temperature to low to keep warm when mixture is done. - 5
Spoon cooked Velveeta cheese dip into a small bowl and garnish with tortilla chips for dipping. I recommended Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips. Enjoy!
