Two buffets, five fine dining and more than a dozen casual dining restaurants give you plenty to choose from. Favorites among visitors include Big Bubba's BBQ, Todd English's Tuscany, Michael Jordan's Steakhouse, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Sunburst Buffet. - 3). Visit Ticketmaster.com or the entertainment section of Mohegan Sun's website to see if any artists will be playing at the Mohegan Sun Arena who strike your fancy. From Kelly Clarkson to Robin Williams, Mohegan Sun Arena offers a wide variety of concerts and comedy shows. This arena is also the home to the Connecticut Sun basketball team.
- 4). Venture off-site, and visit the surrounding area of Uncasville, where there is plenty for you to see and do. Approximately 20 miles away is Mystic, Connecticut, which offers the Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium, two family favorite attractions. In Groton, Connecticut, approximately 15 miles away, is the USS Nautilus submarine, available for free self-guided tours. You will also find Monster Mini-Golf, a glow-in-the-dark indoor miniature golf course that mini-golf enthusiasts of all ages are sure to enjoy.
