What If You Have Bugs in the Bed?

Is your home one of the many households that suffers from bugs in the bed? Perhaps you're not aware that your family is already in danger of these creatures without your knowledge? These insects are not easily visible if you don't take a careful look at them and some other manifestations of their presence so you need all the information you can gather about these blood-sucking insects.
You might be wondering by now how do they look? Bed bugs are small, oval and wingless insects that have flat bodies.
They are reddish-brown in appearance and may sometimes be mistaken for ticks or small cockroaches.
Well, they both have some things in common like they are not welcome in your house and that they may both cause some health problems to your family if their existence inside your home persists.
  Bug in the bed can live in any area of the home such as your carpets, beddings, curtains, textiles, tiny cracks and many other areas that you might have abandoned or failed to thoroughly clean.
Though you may not easily determine their presence, you will notice some manifestations of their existence.
When you wake up in the morning finding some red marks in your arms or legs, then chances are there are some bugs in the bed! These critters are able to hide in crevices and creases with ease because of their size of approximately 4-5 mm.
Their favorite spot to hide is on our pillows, mattresses or anywhere near our beds.
These blood-sucking insects can live up to 18 months without feeding on our blood so getting rid of them may not be an easy task.
In order for you to combat them, you need to know their attributes and characteristics.
It will generally dine on human blood, and I mean dine because they only attack during nighttime when you're sound asleep, for approximately 5 to 15 minutes.
The females lays its eggs in clusters of about 10-50 in just one day so their reproduction cycle is really fast that you need to get rid of them before they would increase dramatically and regularly snack on your whole family's blood.
  In order to get rid of bugs in the bed, you need to clean all the possible areas that they might nest.
Spray on chemicals or use insecticides that are specifically for bed bugs.
Then always keep your whole house clean.
Since these parasites could not survive extremely hot temperatures, it is advisable to heat the room after cleaning it to totally get rid of them.
