Piles (hemorrhoids to give them their medical name) are simply swollen blood vessels inside or outside of your anus.
They are usually caused by too much pressure during bowel movement or at some point in pregnancy.
The good news is fast and Effective Piles Remedies are fairly easy to manage at home.
Piles are a very common ailment.
You will probably first notice itching around the anal area, sharp pain when passing a stool.
You may even feel a small lump or notice blood on the toilet tissue or in the water of the bowl.
Don't be too alarmed a small amount of blood when diluted in water can look like a lot! Many people feel embarrassed to consult their doctor about conditions involving the anal region, but if this is the first time you have experienced the condition it is important you get it checked by a medical professional as in a small number of cases the symptoms may be the result of something more serious.
Treating Piles So you want fast and effective ways of curing your piles? Here are my top 7 tips;
  1. Sitz baths will bring almost immediate relief of the symptoms.
The simplest sitz bath is taken by running a bath of warm water and sitting for a short while.
The warmth will relieve and soothe and encourage the piles to shrink.
I add tea tree oil to the water for its antiseptic qualities.
A small quantity of washing soda could also be added.
  2. To reduce pain and swelling and to make passing a stool easier apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the area.
  3. Natural Aloe Vera or compounds containing Aloe Vera will bring immediate relief and encourage healing
  4. There are several herbal remedies available that will increase your vascular health and also decrease inflammation.
Look for preparations containing Horse Chestnut, Arnica and Witch Hazel
  5. Changes In diet can be helpful, increase your fibre intake to soften stools and keep you regular
  6. Take regular exercise, prolonged periods of sitting do not help piles.
If your job requires you to sit for long periods try to take 5 minute standing breaks every hour and always take a stroll at lunchtime.
  7. If home treatment is not successful (and this is unusual) there are surgical options such as banding the piles to cut off circulation or using lasers or surgery.
With a few lifestyle changes and some natural remedies there is no reason you can't permanently cure your piles.
So no more delaying start taking some action.
