How to Sync Windows Command Line
- 1). Attach one end of the USB cable into your cell phone's jack. Insert the other end into your desktop computer or laptop's USB port. On a desktop computer, this would be located on the front or back of the tower. On a laptop, this would be on the left or right side of the keyboard.
- 2). Download the Windows Mobile Device Center software (see Resources). Save it on your desktop for easy access. Double-click the icon and follow the setup wizard instructions for proper installation.
- 3). Restart your desktop computer or laptop. This allows it to recognize the newly installed software.
- 4). Double-click the Windows Mobile Device Center icon on your desktop. Click "Next." Windows Mobile Device Center will now create a connection between your computer and cell phone.
- 5). Click to select the Windows Command Line program on your computer screen. Click "Next."
- 6). Wait for the synchronization to complete. Click "Finish" when prompted.
