- 1). Go to the Records Section of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Operation Annex in Tampa at 1900 E. Ninth Ave., at the intersection with 19th Street, three blocks south of Interstate 4.
- 2). Tell the clerk the date and address of the incident for which you want a report. If you are not sure of the exact address, ask to see all of the reports for a certain date.
- 3). View the report or request a copy. As of April 2011, the fee for copies was 15 cents per page.
- 4). Request a report by mail if you cannot go in person. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and 45 cents for each report requested. The mailing address is:
