Bridgestone Arena

• The Bridgestone Arena hosts home games for the National Hockey League's Nashville Predators from October through April. The Bridgestone Arena also presents professional wrestling and bull riding events in its 17,000-seat layout. This Nashville venue can also be converted into the 5,145-seat Music City Theater. The theater features concerts from nationally touring comedians and country musicians throughout the year. The Rehearsal Hall is a smaller space used for college basketball games and gymnastics events. Frist Center for the Visual Arts

• The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is a two-story art museum open throughout the week. The museum offers guided tours of visiting exhibits once each day. Visitors can learn about the center building and surrounding structures during the monthly architectural tour. The Martin ArtQuest Gallery is an activities area where kids can paint, draw and display their art. Tennessee State Museum

• The Tennessee State Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday with free daily admission. The Antebellum exhibit houses landscape paintings and a recreated Clarksville street from the 1850s. The New South exhibit celebrates Tennessee's post-Civil War growth with artifacts from the Tennessee Centennial Exposition. The museum houses hundreds of quilts dating back to the 19th century in the Cracker Barrel Quilt Gallery.
