    • 1). Unplug the Blodgett convection oven power cord from the outlet. Open the oven door and locate the upper and lower mounting bolts. There are two upper mounting bolts and two lower mounting bolts that secure the door hinge pin to the door.

    • 2). Loosen the upper mounting bolts with a socket wrench until you can turn them by hand but do not remove them. Loosen the lower two mounting bolts then remove the lower mounting bolt closest to the top.

    • 3). Hold the bottom of the door with one hand and push up to align the remaining lower bolt with the open keyhole slot on the mounting hinge. Pull the lower half of the door away from the unit and lower the door until the upper hinge pin disconnects from the hinge.

    • 4). Place the door face-down on a flat surface. Remove the screws around the outside perimeter of the door with a Phillips head screwdriver. Lift the inner panel away from the outer panel. Pull the insulation away from the door panel and set it aside.

    • 5). Remove the screws that secure the window retaining frame to the inside of the outer door skin with the Phillips head screwdriver. Lift the frame away from the door and lift the window away from the door.
