Associations and Clubs

• An excellent reference list of state beekeeping associations and clubs is published by Bee Culture. State beekeeping associations have strong working relationships with local beekeeping associations, promote good beekeeping practices, disseminate information, advance research beneficial to beekeeping practices and provide a forum for cooperation among beekeepers. Local beekeeping clubs conduct monthly meetings that might include an informative speaker and provide time to network with fellow beekeepers about beekeeping suppliers, swarm spotting, new and used equipment, and other matters of interest.
