Canada Express Entry Rules and procedure you must know

Canada Express Entry is an opportunity for skilled workers to migrate to this beautiful, gorgeous, developed and advance North American country.  Let's take a look at some of the rules and procedures about this program:

 

Obtain language testing and credential assessments – Before you file for this program you must have documents regarding educational assessments and language competency.  As per the Express Entry Canada Procedure you would be required to submit them when you have been selected by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada or CIC.

 

Faster processing by using the Express Entry Pool for Provincial Nomination Program – Any applicant would opt for Express Entry that processes the application in 6 months rather than the current PNP processing times that are roughly 17 months. It is possible that you could file the Express Entry application and have the entire PR process approved before the PNP nomination has been granted.  Do not hesitate to present a PNP application if you qualify and have your express entry Profile in the Pool waiting to be drawn.

 

No mercy for incomplete application – Previously, the CIC or Citizenship and Immigration Canada was willing to allow candidates the ability to update incomplete materials after they were submitted. However, presently any PR application that is incomplete will be rejected. Now candidates would find their PR application was bounced because the applicant forgot to include a birth certificate.

 

Every two weeks applicants will be drawn from the Express Entry Pool–

The CIC will make the scores of people who have obtained ITA public. Participants will have an opportunity to compare their perceived score with that of the listed pass mark. They can take whatever corrective measures are needed to boost their profile so they may have a better chance of being selected. They are instructed to re-apply, if they have not been drawn after 12 months as they have bounced out of the pool.

 

No more "first in first out" processing – According to Canada Express Entry Rulesapplicants will be given an Invitation to Apply or ITA if the government feels they will be the most likely to succeed economically. Aspirants with an approved job offer will be chosen.  Therefore, there is no rush for applying for the program as it is merit based.

 

Express Entry is applicable for only skilled workers – There will no longer be a banned occupation list within the Canadian Experience Class program following an Express Entry ITA. Therefore, if you are a retail sales supervisor or cook you may be able to get your application in quickly and make the Express Entry cut before you cap out in the fourth month of 2015 - April.

• The aspirant fills, completes and submits an online express entry profile.
• An Invitation to Apply or ITA for permanent residency status through one of the existing PR programs is sent by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada or CIC to the highest ranking applicants.
• The participant has two months to file the complete permanent residency application online to Citizenship and Immigration Canada or CIC.
• The permanent residency application is accepted by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada or CIC within 6 months.
