The use of CPAP is the biggest adjustment a person diagnosed with sleep apnea has to go through.
The use of CPAP is a necessity, a need, but most people who are still trying to cope find it very difficult to comply and end up stopping with its use.
However, it is a long time need and the use of CPAP in order to combat obstructive sleep apnea is something that should not be taken for granted.
But first, what is CPAP? CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure.
CPAP is a highly effective therapy which allows the passage of air into the system.

This is made possible by CPAP machines that are used as the patient sleeps.
However, not everyone is welcoming of this change and adjustments.

Second, CPAP regulates breathing.
Many have become more aware of the fact that people may actually die from losing their breaths during sleep, an occurrence that is very possible when a person has sleep apnea.
And of course, the use of CPAP brings forth a better lifestyle and way of living since the patient is well rested and can function properly.
