The great thing about this developing field is that anyone can take advantage of it, and for very little cost too.
Whether you are a student with a need to learn a list of facts, or a businessman who needs a working knowledge of another language to be able to operate there, all you need is a cheap tape recorder.
Simply recite and record the information you wish to assimilate in a slow and deliberate manner.
Try recording some gentle music as a backing to stimulate further parts of the brain.
Then, to experience the benefits of sleep programming, simply play back the tape whilst sleeping and reap the benefits if your new found knowledge.
