To Succeed In Internet Marketing, You Must Master The Basics!

If you really want to succeed in Internet Marketing, you do have to master the basics.
When major league ball teams show up for spring training, mastering the basics is all they work on.
Catching fly balls, scooping up grounders and throwing to other players on the field.
Just mastering the basics for the upcoming season.
In internet marketing, it is much the same way.
Stop looking for magic buttons or a secret plugin for your site that is going to find you traffic and customers.
Those things don't exist and only the snake oil salesman selling them is the one getting rich.
To be successful in internet marketing, you have to work on getting a prospect, then presenting your offer to the prospect and once you have a scientific approach that's working, just keep using and practicing the approach over and over on each new prospect that you find.
Whether it's internet marketing or any other business, the old saying still holds true, " If it is to be, it's up to me.
" I had a friend that spent years in Karate and felt like he was pretty darn good at it, being a black belt and all.
So he hired a Master to teach him what he thought were secrets of Karate.
The jump kicks and things that he always saw going on in the movies.
When he showed up for his first lesson, the Master lite a candle then asked him to throw a punch.
Of course my friend was taken back, feeling that he had mastered that and was ready to move on.
After much insistence from the Master, he finally agreed and then threw the hardest punch that he could muster.
He stopped one inch from the candle and the flame only flickered.
Now the Master said let me show you my punch.
He took the karate stance, and stopped his punch two feet from the candle and the flame went out.
My friend was amazed and realized that he still needed to master the basics in order to ever throw a punch like that.
In internet marketing, we may not have a Master, but we do have Mentors that will work with you and help you also master the basic's of building your internet marketing business, whether you're starting from scratch or you been in for awhile and have found yourself struggling on a continuous basis.
Bottom line, in internet marketing, remember to master the basics and you will succeed.
