Have you lived with acne before and always been looking for ways to control your acne?Well if you were ever like me then you have.
I have suffered with acne for many years and I always just thought it was something that I needed to live with never once thinking there was any thing I could do to prevent or cure my acne.
Here are some steps to better help you with your fight against acne.
Number one.
Drink plenty of water; you must drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water a day.
What this does is keep the skin hydrated and moist.
This allows your oil glands not to work as hard and by doing that they produce less oil that can clog your pores.
Number two.
Find yourself a great anti-bacterial soap.
You will need to use a bar soap that is fragrance and dye free.
This is to eliminate any form of irritation to the skin.
Wash your face at least three times a day, starting with the mourning afternoon and night.
This can prove to wash away a lot of access oil and dirt that causes acne.
Number three.
Avoid stress, many people do not know but when the body stresses it releases a chemical inside the body that causes acne.
When put in a stressful situation you should do what you can to eliminate and even avoid stressful situations acne is and can be overcome its up to you to take proper measures to overcome it.
Number four.
moisturize, Find a good moisturizer that can be applied to the skin at least 2 times a day.
What this does is keep the skin hydrated and give the opportunity for your oil glands to rest and allows them not to overproduce excess oils that can leave the skin with acne breakouts
