How to Copy an Entire Web Page Into Excel

    • 1). Open your Web browser and access the Web page containing the desired data.

    • 2). Press the right mouse button, then click "Select All." This highlights all text on the page.

    • 3). Press the right mouse button again and click "Copy." The information is copied to the computer's clipboard.

    • 4). Open Excel and open the spreadsheet.

    • 5). Click on the area of the spreadsheet where you want the data to appear.

    • 6). Click the "Home" tab in the far left corner of the spreadsheet, then click "Paste." The data is inserted into the spreadsheet.
