Next, cover the shaker and shake it with brief but sharp movements at a level greater than your shoulder. Afterward, you need to pour the mixture into suitable glasses, and add garnish if necessary.

Stirring and Straining €" Firstly, you need to fill a cocktail glass until it is two-thirds or three-fourths filled. Next, you need to add the necessary ingredients for your cocktail, and stir the mixture until the liquid chills. Lastly, you need to fill the glasses with the mixture, and finish the process by adding garnish.

When it comes to preparing cocktails, it is substantial that you calculate the number of guests that will be present at the event, and confer with your recipe in mixing the drinks.
