Stop smoking.
Smoking can reduce the blood stream to ears, so the smokers have more possibility to have hearing impairment compared to non smokers.

Reduce to consume caffeine.
Like nicotine, caffeine constrains the blood stream to ears, so it can increase your possibility to have hearing impairment.
You can drink coffee or tea, but do not drink more than two cups of coffee or tea in a day.
Or you can drink any drinks that contain no caffeine.

Balance your eating pattern.
Fat and cholesterol foods are dangerous not only for your heart, but also for your ears.
Both high blood pressure and deposit of fat in artery can reduce the blood stream to ears and can impair your hearing step by step.
Thus, eat a balance diet everyday that includes at least five portions of fruits and vegetables, six portions of bread and rice and not more than three portions of 150 grams non fat red meats, chickens, or fish.

Do sport.
You can choose to walk fast, run, swim, or aerobic exercise for 20 minutes a day, three times a week.
This activity will stimulate blood circulation, lower the blood pressure, and help your ears in good condition.
