I came across a friend and he asked me, "Is there a way for me to have muscles here and here?" and he was pointing at his biceps and legs.
He is too skinny and he did almost every workout in the gym.
He even joined almost all the dance exercises and aerobic classes for what he thought are quick muscle building exercises.
But I think that what he does is more cardio that he really loses weight and mass.
Actually, everybody has muscles.
Our muscles connect our joints and make our bones move to perform daily activities.

More so, he might even get injured.
This is how different a personal workout program is.
If you buy your own workout program, you will be given exercises with sets and repetitions assigned specifically after you got assessed by a personal trainer.
This means all your workouts will be specifically designed for your height, weight, body mass as well as your lifestyle and personal goals.
You can even really tell your personal trainer that you want a quick muscle building workout program and you will see how fast and easy it will be for you to achieve the muscles you've all been aiming for.
