- 1). Install drivers for your phone. If a CD came with your phone, put it into your computer's CD drive, and then follow any instructions to install files, such as drivers, that you might need for your computer to recognize your phone properly.
- 2). Connect one end of the USB cord that came with your phone into your computer's USB port, and the other into the phone itself.
- 3). Click "Open" when the option appears on your computer's screen. Open your music folder on your computer. Click and drag the file from the computer's folder to the phone's folder that you just opened. This will send the MIDI file to your cellphone.
