Those that have between 100 and 200mg include turkey neck, roast duck, potato salad, eggnog, canned shrimp and hush puppies.
A half filet of sockeye salmon contains 135mg.
Yet, salmon is a very healthy food, simply packed full of nutrients.
So, be sensible when you look at a list of high cholesterol foods.
And, try taking a dietary supplement that contains extracts from plant food that will help lower your readings, regardless of what you eat.
Numerous reports indicate that cholesterol-lowering supplements are effective, as long as they contain the right combination of ingredients.
It is certainly a better alternative than statin drugs.
