If he tells you things like how clumsy you are, he is really teasing you. If you were truly clumsy, he would simply ignore you. This shows that he actually likes you. If he begins to share with some of the things he did at home, such as washing, he is basically opening up to you. This is not something he is likely to tell anybody.
