Leadership courses are the ones in which you are taught to lead an organization in the best way. Eye contact: - eye contact is very important during the speech. If you will not have eye contact with the audience, they will never feel connected with you and your speech. An eye contact should be of 5 seconds. You should consider looking at everybody instead of one.

Gestures: - you should use body language when you make a presentation. Non verbal communication makes others understand what you want to say to them actually. It is the best way to reach them. You should use our arm in order to point something while explaining. It looks real and people believe in you.

Movement: - you should also move. You can walk in the available space. You can go near the audience.

Vocal variety: - along with the non-verbal communication, you should use variety in your voice. For example you can stress on a word and use different pitches.

Use of pauses: - you should make pauses between the speeches. It will give time to the audience to think about the topic. A pause before saying something catches the attraction of the audience.

All these points will lead you to make you a good leader. Therefore, they must be included in the leadership courses.
