- 1). Insert the blank DVD into your DVD burner. More than likely a few windows are going to open asking if you want to run a specific software. Close these windows out.
- 2). Launch the DVD burning software you currently have installed on your computer. Although there are many different programs available, it doesn't matter which software title you use.
- 3). Click and drag the AVI file from your computer into the main viewing area of your DVD burning software. It will take a few moments for the program to recognize the software you are bringing in.
- 4). Title the DVD. Depending on which program you are using, there may be a simple "Title" bar in the main page or you might have to open up the disk options.
- 5). Click "Burn" and the DVD burning software will begin the burning process. Depending on the size of the video, this might take several minutes to complete.
